TIED 2 MYO
TIED 2 MYO is designed to support you before, during, and after a lip and/or tongue tie procedure. Through targeted exercises and guidance, we help individuals restore proper tongue function, ensuring a successful recovery and long-term oral health.

MYO SHIFT
This guided program is designed for individuals starting around the ages of six or seven and continuing into adulthood, offering a comprehensive yet streamlined approach to address specific orofacial dysfunction. MYO Shift is a less comprehensive program compared to TIED 2 MYO. MYO Shift is a less comprehensive program compared to TIED 2 MYO.

MINI-ME MYO
Mini-Me MYO is a unique program tailored for children aged 3-6 years, offering simple breathing exercises and game-based activities that support and positively impact the trajectory of your child's facial growth and development.
Available Programs

LIP TIE RELEASE
This mini program provides specialized exercises designed to prepare for a lip release procedure and support optimal healing afterward. These exercises focus solely on lip function and mobility, ensuring a smoother recovery and improved outcomes. This does not cover tongue-tie exercises, as they require a more invasive approach and would require the Tied 2 MYO program.

SNORING & SLEEP APNEA
This program is to help individuals who experience signs and symptoms of sleep disordered breathing, snoring, or have been diagnosed with sleep apnea. It provides a holistic approach promoting proper tongue posture with techniques for strengthening and toning the muscles of the tongue, lips, and throat through specialized exercises.

ORAL FIXATION ELIMINATION
Our program aims to empower individual to break unhealthy habits and achieve long lasting positive changed in oral health through education, awareness, and positive reinforcement.

This program focuses on correcting dysfunctional breathing patterns. It emphasizes nasal breathing, relaxation, and gentle breath holds to improve oxygenation and reduce over-breathing.
